Our Story
Our mission is to transform lives through the Legacy Health Journey- helping people know their longevity health numbers, master their habits, expand their playspan and healthspan, and compress their sufferspan.
We do this through root-cause functional medicine testing, nervous system optimization, systematized health education, and pure and proven supplements, because everyone deserves a personalized, measurable health plan that improves their life today and builds a legacy for generations to come.
Put simply: we exist to help individuals and families live with abundant vitality, a longer healthspan, and a shorter sufferspan.
The personal loss of loved ones to chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes, dementia, and heart disease has also shaped Dr. Harmon’s mission to deliver cutting-edge, root-cause care that empowers people to experience optimal health.
Dr. Harmon holds advanced certifications in nutrition, detoxification, spinal biomechanics, functional movement system, pediatrics, and is a Kalish Institute graduate. He teaches continuing education courses to doctors nationwide, with a focus on functional and root-cause-based health care.
Dr. Harmon has been featured in the globally recognized documentary series “The Truth About Cancer” and is a frequent speaker at their live events.
Dr. Hemmerle is from a small town in Northern Illinois where he grew up playing soccer. His passion for athletics and human performance led him to chiropractic care after other approaches fell short.

Emma’s journey with chiropractic began as a sick two-year-old struggling with chronic ear infections and colic. After receiving neurologically focused chiropractic care, she became a healthy, happy child and has been a wellness patient ever since.
A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic (February 2024), Emma holds advanced certifications in extremity chiropractic, functional blood analysis, pediatric and pregnancy care, and health coaching through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Outside of practice, Emma is passionate about CrossFit, hiking, and spending time with her husband, Derek. She is dedicated to helping others achieve optimal health through chiropractic care and holistic wellness.
